  Generally, the oxygen index of FRP grids (measured by GB 8924) is above 32, and the flame propagation rate (measured by ASTM E-84) is the first grade of flame retardant. The flame propagation rate of high flame retardant vinyl grids is below 10 and is approved by American Classification Society (ABS). No spark, the use of FRP grids to avoid flammable and explosive places because tools fall on the metal grids may produce sparks and cause explosion, fire hazards.

  FRP moulded grids have high impact strength, allowing repeated bending without deformation, while metal grids retain deformation after impact and need to be repaired. The FRP moulded grille has two kinds of precise anti-slip concave moon surface and anti-slip sand surface, one is the anti-slip sand surface in the mould, the other is the sand surface after demoulding, and the other is the sand surface after demoulding, which is processed again by the binder. Both of the two kinds of sand paving surfaces provide superior anti-slip function. Layers are not easy to peel off, durable.
